Crossing border to Phnom Penh, Cambodia 柬埔寨

Phnom Penh's main streets are in good shape; however some smaller streets and footpaths are rutted and pot-holed, clogged with garbage, stagnant water, parked motos, sleeping people and building materials.

Unlike Vietnam, Cambodia dies not have visible street signs. I have not yet figure out where to look for street signs. In addition, the street numbers in Phnom Penh are logically laid out. I have been relying upon some store signs with street addresses to figure out where I was. The only advantage of phnom penh's store signs are mostly listed with English, and 30% even with Chinese. On the other hand, the store signs in Vietnam are only in Vietnamese.
